SHIPPING POLICY

All your orders are sent via Australia Post. We charge a flat rate of $10 for standard shipping and $17 for Express Shipping. If your order is $100 or above, you will receive FREE standard shipping. All orders are made to order and have a processing time of 10-14 Business Days not including shipping time. Shipping times will depend on your location and also postage times for Australia Post. All orders will receive tracking, in which you will have access to expected delivery days. 

We do not offer the ability to return, refund or exchange your product. All our products are handmade, and quality checked, if for some reason your product is damaged or faulty or not how it should be, please contact us to discuss the next steps. We will be happy to assist you in correcting any issues.
